we are playing at the vancouver island exibition - viex) again this year with a slightly different line up which i am excited about... marty hilchey is a great young tenor saxophone player who has just graduated from vancouver island university out of the 4 year music program going on there and she has lots of great ideas that hopefully everyone is curious about... darcy philips is an amazing keyboard player who i have periodically had the great fortune to play with and he is full of wonderful musical ideas that you will also get to hear... i thought i had said everything i could about marisha devoin the bass player in the group, but let me just add that on top of her top notch music abilities she is a real sweetheart of a person to be around even if you don't make it to this gig to get to see her in action... i am not allowed to give out phone numbers, but if you are looking for a bass player, you can't find anyone better then her!! we will be doing some original material and some songs that some of you might know.. 3 - 415pm approx..
